Communication platform
In the beginning of the reblending project it was decided to use and valorise a product from the Leonardo EU-project: www.webfair.se. The webfair platform is designed to follow and visualise a process or a work flow between multiple co workers (in this context partners), and is scaleable and flexible. The webfair-platform was perfect to use as a communication and a project platform. Being a Open Source product it turned out to be an ideal platform to use for the reblending project.
Reblending - platform
The whole ReBlending project and relevant documents are uploaded into the platform in workflow order (segmented in Work Packages). Each work package is divided into separate tasks.
In order to communicate within the platform email functionality was added to the Reblending platform. All participating partners was given an account. It was also added a function so that all the members got automated email notification when a partner done or uploaded something to the project platform. Thus increasing the transparency between all the participation partners.
